I love how the power of freezing a memory forever could evoke such raw and deep emotions. Photos and the stories they preserved captivated me from a young age and it is what I strive to capture for my clients for as a photographer.

Hi! I'm Tiffanie, a suburban gal hitched to a manly farm guy here in Lenawee County, Michigan. I have a love for all things vintage, rustic and adventurous. When I'm not off capturing memories with my camera, I can usually be found chasing after our two older kids Huck and Eloise, holding our youngest kiddo Lorelei (see photo — she is mama’s ride or die), walking through the pasture with my husband and our cattle or hanging laundry on the clothes line (I swear laundry is a never ending job).

I spent a good portion of my childhood flipping through my grandparents' old photo albums, asking who this was and what's the story behind that. Watching the feelings the old photographs brought to faces of those sharing their memories mesmerized me. I love how the power of freezing a memory forever could evoke such raw and deep emotions. Photos and the stories they preserved captivated me from a young age and it is what I strive to capture for my clients for as a photographer.

I found my grandfather's old DSLR film Nikon in my parent's coat closet in high school and my love affair with preserving time began. I took photography classes in high school where I learned my way around a camera and the dark room (ha, what are those, right?!). In college, I majored in Radio/Television where I learned what makes a good story, video or photograph isn't lighting, composition or exposure -- it's the emotion it evokes. After graduating, I worked in the TV news industry as a reporter and anchor. During this time, I had a lot of real world, hands on experience with camera composition and telling others' stories through a lens along with knowing what angles and clothing look flattering in front of the lens.

I truly believe EVERYONE has a story to be told, and I want to be a part of telling as many of those as I can. Capturing those real, raw emotions and bonds is my jam & I would absolutely love to tell your story.
